Preventative maintenance helps keep your cooling system in top-running condition. All of our maintenance checks are performed by a skilled NATE certified technician. What is included in my maintenance?

Our heating maintenance includes the following:

  • Check air filtration system
  • Complete operations sequence check
  • Check for proper voltage
  • Inspect heat exchangers for corrosion or cracks
  • Check and record supply & return temperatures
  • Inspect electrical connections
  • Inspect entire system for loose or worn parts
  • Inspect burners, ignition system and assembly
  • Check hot surface igniter and record Ohms
  • Check gas valve and adjust manifold gas pressure
  • Inspect flue piping
  • Check and calibrate thermostat as needed
  • Inspect blower motor, wheel & record AMP draw, lubricate as needed
  • Check compressor operation and record AMP draw (Heat Pump Only)
  • Check for proper refrigerant level (Heat Pump Only)
  • Check the reversing valve (Heat Pumps Only)
  • Check emergency heat strips for proper operation (Heat Pump Only)
  • Check and test all safety controls for proper operation
  • Check capacitors
  • Check inducer motor operation and record AMP draw
  • Check contactors & relays
  • Provide full written report with any necessary recommendations and options
