I post very infrequently, but Air Treatment did such a great job that I felt it was important to support such exceptional service. They very quickly inspected our furnace when it had a problem, and offered reasonable pricing when it was clear the furnace needed to be replaced (they even price-matched when we found another service that quoted us a lower number). They arrived precisely on time for both the inspection and installation—which, as you know, is highly unusual these days—and were incredibly professional. To top it off, across the board they were some of the nicest people we have ever met in the service industry. If you ever have to replace your furnace, I would highly recommend Air Treatment Heating and Cooling!

My hot water heater pilot light went out, and I couldn't get it restarted, so I turned off the gas. I received immediate service the next day (on my voice mail message late the night before, I didn't designate this issue as an emergency), and Kyle stopped by later in the day. It seems that the high winds we were having at 50 mph+ blew the pilot light out. Kyle knew of this phenomenon and explained in great detail how this occurrence happened. I was very appreciative of the expertise and squeezing me in on a Friday. Nothing but kudos for the entire team at Air Treatment Heating and Cooling of Vienna, VA!

Outstanding service is the Air Treatment (AT) hallmark. Our system was installed by another company. However, they did not follow up on problems which arose. We asked AT to check their work and they came up with solutions to the problems. They pointed out that the system was not installed properly. That was 4 years ago and they've provided great service twice a year to our system ever since. They are competent, very knowledgeable, friendly and timely. A Great Company.

Our family has used Air Treatment to care for our air conditioning and heating needs for many years. Continues to be an excellent company with knowledgeable technicians like Justin and his new sidekick, Raul. On another occasion, our thermostat had no display. I called on a Sunday evening and was able to have a technician arrive on Monday. That technician, Cameron, arrived on time; found the problem in less than five minutes and we were back and operational. We truly appreciate what Air Treatment can do as we had international guests arriving the same day. Justin has been servicing our HVAC system now for several years. He does a great job and we have had no problems. He is always welcome in our home, and we look forward to seeing him. After Justin was promoted to sales, we have had several other technicians. Currently, Trevor is the technician that helps us with our HVAC needs. He explains things to us in simple terms that we can understand. The staff at Air Treatment seem to be loyal and professional.

We had an issue with our furnace due to an electrical problem. The original contractor had used improper materials during installation, which caused the issue. After finding Air Treatment through a Google search and seeing their excellent reviews, we decided to give them a try—and they didn’t disappoint. We called them on a Sunday morning, and they promptly dispatched a specialist. Within two hours, Trevor McMillen arrived and got to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem quickly and fixing it within a few hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. As new homeowners, we appreciated the quick HVAC 101 he gave us :) It was a helpful bonus! Thank you for the fantastic service and for getting everything back in order. It was money well spent!
